About Nord Libraries
Since all Nord products is designed as an open system, each and every piano and sample can be replaced with sounds from the continuously expanding Nord Piano Library and the Nord Sample Library.
Compatibility
The Nord Piano Library and the Nord Sample Library exists in versions that is compatible with different Nord instruments. To make sure you get the right files simply pick your instrument in the filter section on the Sound page.

How to get new sounds to your product
Adding new sounds to your instrument is simply a matter of connecting your instrument via USB, drag-and-drop the desired files onto the Nord Sound Manager application window. The files are automatically transferred to you Nord instrument and has an intelligent Download Queue functionality for transferring many sounds at a time. Nord Sound Manager can transfer sounds from the Nord Piano Library, Nord Sample Library Collections and Signature Sound Banks as well as sample instruments you've created yourself in the Nord Sample Editor. The Nord Sound Manager also lets you transfer program files from your instrument to your computer.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Nord Sound Manager.
- Connect the Nord instrument to your computer with a USB cable.
- In Nord Sound Manager select the Program tab and select an empty bank from the Bank dropdown menu.
- Drag the files onto the Program area. Optionally use the Sound Down/Bundle Down icon of the Nord Sound Manager toolbar and browse to the folder or bundle in the dialog.
